Ms. Lew heads a private consulting practice based in the Washington DC area that provides management and financial advice to companies. She was the Managing Director of TDF, a communications venture capital fund. She serves on both public and private corporate boards. Since 1999, Ms. Lew has been a member of the NASDAQ Listing Hearing and Review Council.
