Ken Daly
CEO, NACD
Kenneth Daly is the president and CEO of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Previously, he was a KPMG partner from 1978 to 2005, when he retired from the firm to assume the role of executive director of the Audit Committee Institute (ACI) which communicates with audit committee members and senior corporate officers in order to enhance their awareness of, commitment to, and ability to implement effective audit committee processes.
He is a frequent speaker at corporate governance meetings and works with boards and audit committees of boards in a variety of roles.
Mr. Daly received his BS degree in accounting from the University of Delaware, and has attended KPMG’s Partner Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and KPMG’s International Partner Program in Birkenstock, Switzerland. He is a CPA and was a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
